🎯 Mission of This Role
We're seeking a Creative Strategist who can think like a marketer and write like a storyteller. Your mission is to craft high-converting, scroll-stopping Meta ads that sell our products and spread our message of strength.
You’ll work directly with the founders to ideate, script, and launch ad concepts that drive performance across our core audiences (fighters, bodybuilders, and parents). You’ll combine deep market understanding, emotional storytelling, and strategic structure to create ads that both go viral and convert.
🔧 Responsibilities
- Script High-Performing Ads – Write and structure direct-response ad scripts using proven frameworks (problem–agitate–solve, identity hooks, emotional storytelling, etc.).
- Concept Development – Generate 10+ ad ideas weekly across multiple audiences and awareness levels (TOF/MOF/BOF), including angle → concept → execution flow.
- Audience Targeting – Translate audience insights into targeted messaging across avatars like ‘combat-curious bodybuilders’ or ‘dads raising strong kids’.
- Creative Briefs – Turn concepts into clear briefs for editors, creators, and voiceover talent. Break down how each ad should be filmed, edited, and paced.
- Hook Testing – Craft multiple hook variations for A/B testing within the 3:2:2 Meta structure (3 videos, 2 headlines, 2 descriptions).
- Content Sourcing – Help find or direct UGC content that aligns with each ad’s narrative and visual tone.
- Performance Iteration – Analyze creative performance weekly to identify winners, iterate losers, and scale the best angles.
- Brand Alignment – Ensure every ad reinforces FunPunch’s identity: a strength-first, no-BS brand with a bold, masculine tone.

- 5–10 new ads launched weekly
